What is your return policy?

Please reference our Return Policy for details on how to return any items. For exchanges, please place a new, separate order. All marked down sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Can I return items purchased online to a store?

All orders purchased on must be returned to us by mail and cannot be returned to other retailers. For more information on returns and where to send them, please reference our Return Policy.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll make the necessary adjustments where applicable. Most online orders are processed and shipped within the same business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If your order has already shipped, please reference our Return & Exchange Policy.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

At this time you are only able to enter one address per order. If you have multiple ship to addresses, please place the orders separately.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently don’t ship Internationally.

What do I do if my package was not delivered?

If you have not received your order within 7 business days we recommend waiting 2 more days as tracking can sometimes be inaccurate. If your package is still not delivered by that time frame, please contact us.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via the shipping company. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If an address is incorrectly entered at checkout by the customer, is not responsible for re-sending the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve the package. If the package is returned to by the shipping company, we will contact the customer for an updated address to reship.
